Nails Inc Special Effects 3D Glitters Sloane Square and Bloomsbury Square

Just a short one for you today, since I have to wake up early so the cleaners can come in and spruce up our home before the in-laws come for the holiday.  I hate waking up early, but supposedly that's the only time they could come clean, says my husband who will coincidentally be leaving for work when they arrive.  Uh huh. At least the bright side will be the house will be sparkling clean by the time I finish my coffee.

I pulled some untrieds from my stash for this post, and I've got for you Nails Inc Special Effects 3D Glitters in Sloane Square and Bloomsbury Square.  The formula wasn't thick and it applied easily, but neither were dense enough to use on their own so I layered them both over a similar color.  Neither of these are shot with a topcoat so you can see how it dried, which was more on the matte side.  I think I layer of Gelous and Poshe would have been enough for a glass like shine.

First is Bloomsbury Square over Nails Inc Westminster, an eggplant purple creme.  It consists of fuchsia hex glitters mixed with purple microglitter.  It was nice but not really that unique.

Next is Sloane Square which I layered over Nails Inc Lowndes Square, a pale lavender grey creme.  As you can see, the formula is more dense with glitter than Bloomsbury Square was and it practically swallowed up Lowndes Square to the point that it's not really visible through the glitter anymore.  It's made up of holographic hex glitter and silver microglitter.  This one had a lot of gorgeous sparkle and reminded me of a disco ball.  I couldn't get enough of it! All that glitter reminded me of the song by Who Da Funk featuring Jessica Eve's "Shiny Disco Ball".  LOL at the lyrics of that song!

I was really impressed with the coverage on both and how sparkly Sloane Square was in the light.  I think Nails Inc did a great job overall with these and now I wish I had the other two colors, Connaught Square and Fitzroy Square, in my collection.  I think these came out right when all the other glitter topcoats came out, ie Sally Hansen Gem Crush and China Glaze Eye Candy, and I wish I knew how they compared.  Anyone have any of these to compare?
