Cirque Fascination Street Swatch and Review

Oy vey!  I have to go to bed early tonight so I can wake up at dawn to prepare for work, so this will be quick.  Today I took LO to her 4 month check up and the doctor was impressed by her growth which is in the high upper percentile for her age.  She got two injections which made her cry and broke my heart, but she got an extra nap in today so I think she's much better now.  I got her some little bath toys for her third day of Hannukah.  I'm a little sad today, because I'm doubtful she can make it through my first day of work tomorrow.  We'll see!

I have a new to me indie today called Fascination Street by Cirque.  Cirque has taken the indie scene to a whole new level with her professional looking bottles and diverse nail polish colors and finishes.  Fascination Street is one of two holos from her first collection called Dark Horse.  I'm drawn to the dark purple of this polish because it's unusual to find a holo this dark - the spectraflair holo particles always lightens the base color of polish when added so it's difficult to create dark holos.  The dark purple shade of this is fabulous and luxe, and the holo is easy to see when worn.  It was super easy to apply with no streaking or balding despite using a traditional basecoat, and I needed only two coats for opacity in these pictures.

Gorgeous holo, isn't it?  Do you know of any other dark holo colors like this one?  Cirque continues its success with a new collection, Objet d'Art, that was recently released last month and I think it will make the perfect gift for any girl on your holiday list.
