I've been wanting to try this one for a while but I couldn't find it in my collection until recently. It's China Glaze Ahoy! from the Anchor's Away collection that was released early 2011. I not really a fan of pinks but this deep fuchsia pink really hit a happy spot in me when I saw it. It reminds me of Strawberry Fields but darker and less golden. It's a glass fleck and the sunlight really brings out the sparkles in it. Seeing it on me now makes me wish I hadn't waited so long(and better organized)! These shots were all taken indoors under fluorescent light. I believe this color is now part of the permanent line and is available wherever China Glaze is sold.
Bonus Pictures! I decided to try out Pahlish Typerwriter Keys quickly to see how it contrasted with the pink. I love the way this looks! It reminds me of the Eighties in a punk rock sort of way. Typerwriter Keys has a holographic shimmer with shredded black and white glitter in a clear base. I can see this being used over a multitude of colors and being very versatile. This is my first time using her polish and so far so good! The formula was great, no sinkage or curling, and the glitter spread on evenly without me having to place them on the nail. Pahlish is available on Etsy.
