#31DC2013 Inspired By A Pattern - Fall Camouflage

Today's last minute submission for the pattern challenge is my take on a a fall colored camouflage print.  I love mixing camouflage prints with my regular wardrobe, and I've always wanted to try a camouflage mani.  I didn't use a tutorial, instead I randomly painted thin squiggly lines across my nails.  I used Revlon Emerald City and Ruby Ribbon, Essence Color And GobGorgeous Bling Bling, and Barielle I Got A Headache over a base of Skin Food Cappucino.  To help enhance the camouflage print, I used Essie Matte About You.

I really like how the colors scream fall together.  It helps me feel like fall is finally here, despite the hot weather outside here in SoCal.

Let's pop on over and see what the other ladies are cooking up!

  1. This looks so awesome, I love it!! Great colors and great design. I'll definitely have to try this. It's like a cool autumn leaves camo

  2. This is very cool! I love the colors you used. I've always been interested in Skin Food, since there's a store in one of the malls I go to, but I wasn't sure about the quality of them.

    1. This was the first time I used Skin Food as well. It worked great! It had good consistency and wasn't streaky. I only need two coats. You should check them out!
