KBShimmer Berry Patch Swatch And Review

I finally finished the Game Of Thrones Season 3, and although I cheated and read the spoilers, I still was really shocked at the ending of the 9th episode.  Like, OMGeeee.  I'm sad how it ended, but I suppose it adds a huge twist to the story line.  I love watching the characters interact with each other and how their personalities mature and change with each episode.  I think the last episode did a ok job of tying up the season and leading onto the next, but I wish I was left with more suspense and anticipation.  Overall, it's still an amazing show.

I have an oldie but goodie tonight, and that's KBShimmer's Berry Patch, a soft pink crelly base with large blue hex and smaller white and pink hex glitters.  It does remind me of berries, especially the larger dark blue glitters that make me crave blueberries.  The formula was average for an indie glitter, and that's slightly thick but workable.  It was sheer, and took three coats to get some decent opacity.  I probably could have done four coats but that's pushing it for me.  The larger blue glitters are sparse, and three coats place just enough on the nails to add some interest against the pink.  Some nails only got one blue glitter.  I finished with a layer of Essence Gel Look topcoat.

This is probably not one of my favorite KBShimmers because it doesn't really do much for my skin tone, but I'm still a huge fan of KBShimmers in general.
