Elevation Polish Grotte et Cascade Swatch And Review

Sunday Funday!  Hopefully you'll end your holiday weekend with a relaxing and fun day.  Today I'll be busy getting prepared for our trip away - lots of cleaning, packing, and running last minute errands.  Hopefully in the evening we'll get to attend the 626 Night Market that is running the first weekend of each summer month.  Supposedly it's the largest night market in the country, and I'm exciting about trying some new foods while there!

Today I have a lovely vampy shimmer for you by Elevation Polish called Grotte et Cascade.  I love the exotic names that Lulu, the owner, uses for her polishes.  It makes me want to travel more and explore all these places that she names her polishes after.  Grotte et Cascade is one such polish which is french for Cave and Waterfall - I'm sure it's a sight that is lovely to behold.  I've never seen such a gift of nature, but hopefully one day I will.  With its murky brown base with flakes of red and blue, it transcends me to a briskly cool cave and a sparkling glints of a waterfall in the moonlight.  I used two coats here with no issues with application and finished with a layer of Poshe.

I'm really loving how the flakes glisten in that delicious chocolate base, and I think this a perfect vampy polish to wear for fall. And don't forget to check out the restock that is happening later this evening.  Elevation will be releasing quite a few new colors which all look amazing.  Good luck!
